Edinburgh Therapy Collective was founded out of a deep passion for providing compassionate and personalised support. A range of therapeutic approaches are utilised to meet individual needs, whether seeking help for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or personal growth. The goal is to empower clients to achieve mental and emotional well-being through thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic approach designed to help individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. During EMDR sessions, you'll work through memories while engaging in simple bilateral stimulation, using your eyes, tapping or auditory sounds. This process helps your brain recognise that the trauma is in the past, gradually reducing the intensity and emotional impact of those memories.

Being accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) means my work has been recognised as meeting a high standard of training, experience, and ethical practice.
For you, this means I have been independently assessed and approved to offer therapy that is safe, effective, and grounded in professional skill.
Robyn Spice MBACP (accred), MPhil, DIP
I'm a mental health psychotherapist who works with adults and teenagers in the UK.
Using an integrative approach I specialise in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, low mood, and issues facing the LGBTQ+ community.
My professional experience spans working in an eating disorder service, providing counselling in secondary schools, and running a successful online private practice for several years.
I have worked closely with young adults who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community in their journey to discover their authentic selves. I'm particularly interested in working with clients who look to explore gender and sexuality.
